Wallpaper Changer

This tiny software allows you (Windows 7 Starter user) to change your laptop/PC wallpaper. Get rid of the default wallpaper and pimp your desktop! :D

Instructions:
1. Run this software as Administrator (Right click on your mouse).
2. Click "Browse" and find your desired wallpaper.
3. Click Apply. :)
p/s: just run the software again and click restore to restore the default wallpaper.
